I haven't been writing here a whole lot, mostly due to the fact that I have a(n) xanga account and all that fancy new stuff.
I was doing both but I kinda was like okay this is way too much.
I think I am just going to move myself on over to the xanga world.

Thinking (sometimes dangerous but I think it's safe this time)

I was reading in Proverbs the other night in chapter 15 in the last part of the last verse and it says: ...and before honour is humility.

I was thinking about this phrase, and thinking about the word humility, so I looked it up and it means an act of submission; also I went about looking at things about humility and found this: Humility: It is a state of mind well pleasing to God.
So if humility is a state of mind well pleasing to God then, we have to be pleasing God before we can have honour.
THEN I looked up the word honour: Glory or recognition, distinction. So before we can have Glory or good things we have to be in submission to Him.

Valentine's Day

I've never really liked Valentine's day. Kinda thought it was a stupid holiday that halmark made up in order to sell stuff.
I think for single people it's hard, I being "single" just thought yeah...it's stupid. But then I got to thinking, even if I am single that doesn't mean I don't have people who love me deeply.
Christ is my valentine. After all he loves me more than any guy ever could! And he already gave me a gift better than chocolate.

All the pregnant people, where do they all come from?

It's so weird how many people are pregnant or have just had kids! But hey hopfully this means more kids to babysit right? The bad part is that a majority of them live atleast an hour and a half away. Jessica from our church is pregnant though, and said I was aloud to be in the waiting room while she was having it, it's been so long since I've had a new born baby to take care of.

Today is cold, and I actually wanna go outside. The wind is really whippin out there though *sniff sniff*
Now I shall go listen to Odyssey so I will feel better.

Sleep well, I'll most likely kill you in the morning

I love that movie! I am gonna see if everybody wants to watch it tonight...it'll be about the 45th time watching it but hey, the classics are worth watching a bajillion times! (For those unfortunate ones that have no clue which movie I am talking about: The Princess Bride)

Today I feel much better. I only have a sinus head ache now, which is a big change from yesterday. I actually got a whole days worth of school done today. :-)

I think I said yesterday how my dad hoped they didn't send the Wheeler guy to the county jail (where my dad works) Well last night when my dad went to work, they asked him to go to the hospital to "guard" the guy. Which mean just watch him to make sure he stays in his bed and stuff like that. So that was really hard on him, and now he has to do it again tonight. Please just be in prayer for him...he doesn't have any compassion for this guy at all!

Another Day

For the past couple of days I have been sick with some really mean cold, bad head aches, body ache and more snot and sore throats than I would care to mention!

I wanted to put up more pics but my photo thing isn't working at the moment so you're all just going to have to wait.

Today Jason Wheeler, whom I'm sure you have all heard about on the news, killed Wayne Koester and wounded two other police officers, the three had gone to his house because either his wife or girl friend (no one is really sure) called on account of a domestic dispute they had the night before. When they (the three police men) got there Wheeler came out of the woods shooting. My dad knew Wayne, he used to play racket ball with him, and talked to him a little while back and he had said he loved working on the police force. Mr Koester has a wife and two little girls, please keep the Koester family in your prayers.
Also, this Wheeler guy hasn't been caught but when he is, he isn't going to have it good, probably good to pray for him!

What the word?

It is 1:49 am and I am wide awake, I even took some medication tonight, and it's supposed to be night time...

This is so crazy, I must be getting well because even though I have slept the whole last two days I have still been able to sleep at night through it all, now I'm wondering if sleep will ever come over me again!

Sleepless in Lake County

These are the days of My life...

Yesterday was fun yet tiring. Greg, Ms Cynthia, Cristine, Sally, Jo and I (and some help from Ahsley) painted verses and things on the walls of our sweeeet youth room. It's really cool! We were on our feet almost all day, and painting makes my shoulder hurt...but I'll stop complaining now:-P Our youth group name is The Narrow Travelers. Our verse ofcourse is Matthew 7:14 Because Strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, that leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Yeah it's really cool!

Today was more school and a lot of head ache (infesis on the ache)
Alright I gotta go get ready to go, we are going to Good Will, I need clothes and it's deffinitly a good will day!
